We operate in three lines. (1) AI-Driven Development & Consolidated Management Model — unifying KPI/KGI/cross-departmental data with AI. (2) Enterprise Information Infrastructure — build and operate multi-cloud data platforms. (3) Internal System Renewal — phased renewal of personalized, aging systems, rebuilt to endure the next 50 years.

A consolidated management model unifies scattered management indicators (KPI/KGI), cross-departmental data, and scenario variables into one integrated model, visualized at a granularity where the boardroom can decide on the spot. We implement ontology-centric data platforms (in the spirit of Palantir Foundry) adapted to Japanese business practices.

Rigare Japan is inspired by the ontology-centric enterprise data integration and decision-support design shared by Palantir's Foundry, Gotham, and AIP, and differentiates in three ways: (a) We start from business process redesign for Japanese enterprises. (b) Technology transfer is built in — we hand over knowledge and documentation so client teams can operate independently. (c) We embed an AI-Native SDLC (AI-driven development cycle using LLMs) at the team level.

AI-Driven Development integrates large language models (LLMs) into every step of the development lifecycle — requirements, design, implementation, testing, operation — structurally shortening the cycle. Rigare Japan applies AI-driven development end-to-end, from indicator integration through data pipelines to visualization, drastically reducing time-to-decision compared to conventional SI.
